Qi Wang

Qi Wang is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Dialectical Behavioral therapist who works with young children, adolescents, and adults. She is bilingual in English and Mandarin. She specializes in neurodiversity and other mental health disorders, such as Autism, ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, Life transitions, Personal Growth and Self-Esteem, General relationship challenges (family, friends, co-workers) and Culture challenges.
Qi received her MSW degree from NYU in 2017. She is a licensed clinical social worker in New York and New Jersey. Prior to starting her private practice in January 2022, she worked as a clinical social worker supervisor at an outpatient clinic based in Manhattan and Brooklyn.
Her approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and evidence-based, and she is committed to helping her clients achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.

Min Zhou
LCSW, CCATP (She/her)
Min Zhou is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional. She is bilingual in English and Mandarin. Min has extensive experience in the areas of depression, anxiety disorders, autism, intellectual disability, relationship challenges and intergenerational conflicts.
Min received her MSW degree from NYU in 2018. During both grad school and post-graduation, she was practicing in a hospital outpatient clinic, community settings and Employee Assistance Programs in NYC with individuals and families with different needs. Prior to her private practice, Min worked as a clinical social worker supervisor at an outpatient clinic in lower Manhattan.
Min practices a combination of evidence-based modalities including CBT, DBT, IFS, and more; she adapts her approach to resonate with her clients. She is dedicated to helping her clients learn strategies, express feelings, identify thought and behavior patterns while alleviating painful emotions and pursuing goals.

Yiping (Jason) Jiang

Yiping is a licensed mental health counselor with extensive experience working with individuals facing chronic mental health challenges in community settings. Abby Edgington earned her MSW degree from Columbia University in 2023. She is a NYS Licensed Master Social Worker working with individuals of all ages.
With over five years of experience, Abby had experience working with marginalized populations, including refugees, asylum seekers, and individuals with disabilities. Her areas of focus include Addiction, Anxiety, Relationship Issues, Self-Esteem, and Trauma/PTSD. Kristine is a Licensed Master Social Work cultivates a safe space to explore clients’ narratives from a nonjudgmental and supportive lens. In addition, as a Filipina American, she is deeply committed to supporting people in the Asian American Pacific Islander (AAPI) community as their lived experiences are uniquely shaped by cultural and intergenerational dynamics. Kristine draws from expertise in palliative care and grief counseling, having worked several years in a hospital with families navigating chronic illness. Using evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, and meaning-centered psychotherapy, she works with clients to tailor her interventions to their strengths and needs.
“I am particularly interested in working with people in the Filipino or the broader AAPI community who are navigating life transitions as they are uniquely impacted by intergenerational trauma, systemic racism, and/or acculturation. I hope to examine any and challenge concerns such as: destigmatization of mental health, self-esteem, ideas of a “model minority,” and managing complex roles in a family system. She earned her Master’s in Counseling Psychology, specializing in bereavement, from Pace University in 2001. In 2023, she pursued further training by obtaining an Advanced Certificate in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Buffalo.
Before transitioning to a career in mental health, Nicole spent many years working in finance. This background gives her an insightful understanding of the pressures and challenges faced by clients managing high-stress environments, making her particularly attuned to the complexities of work-life balance and career-related stress.
She has five years of experience working with individuals and families, focusing on clients who have experienced loss and grief. Additionally, she has extensive experience helping individuals manage anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges.
